TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All transactions on the Kaeran website are subject to Japanese law. Every order made by a customer (i.e. you) entails the explicit acceptance of the general conditions described below. When you click on the "confirm" button when making an order, you commit to fully accept the terms of sale as follows:

 

Sale

Prices are displayed and payment is processed in Euros. Shipping is not included in the listed price and are indicated at checkout. Orders over 300 euros are eligible for free shipping.  

The checkout process consists of the following steps: shopping cart confirmation, input of billing address (and/or shipping address), payment and order confirmation. The customer will be provided with the possibility of changing or reviewing any details in their order before final confirmation.
Customers can cancel an order until it is dispatched (please contact us as soon as possible). 

All items are final sale. We do not accept returns. If you have any questions about the products, please feel free to reach out to contact@studiokaeran.com.
 

Payment Processing

All credit card transactions are processed securely by Stripe.  Kaeran does not keep any record of your credit card or other financial information and all financial transactions are encrypted securely and handled by Stripe.

Customs and Taxes

The import of a product from Japan is subject to taxes and to custom fees in the country of delivery. Please be aware that in all cases the customer is responsible for paying customs fees and for providing any and all documents required by Customs in your country. VAT is included in the product price. For more information, please refer to your national custom official site. If you refuse to pay any customs or taxes charged at delivery, the package will be sent back to Japan and we will be unable to refund you.  

Shipping

All products are dispatched from Japan by FedEx (Express, tracked and insured). Orders over 300 euros are eligible for free shipping. 

Damaged Products

In the event that a product is damaged during shipping, please email us a picture of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in to contact@studiokaeran.com within 7 days of receiving the parcel. You can also contact us via our contact form https://www.kaeran.com/contact.
